Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content appearing on the RE:Partner platform (including the RE:Agent and RE:Buyer applications) infringes your copyright rights, we want to hear from you. Please forward the following information in writing to the DMCA Designated Agent listed below:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. The exact URL or a description of where the alleged infringing material is located;
4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; and
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

DMCA Designated Agent

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to the DMCA Designated Agent:

1. Your name, address, and telephone number;
2. A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material; and
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim. If the original claimant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted materials.
